If you have been in hospital for quite some time or away from home for an extended period of time and don’t feel as confident when you return, our enablement service can help you get back up on your feet again.

We enable you to build confidence back in day to day by just helping you around the home or by helping you use new technology or devices maybe supplied by the hospital to maybe monitor your health etc.
